The zero-emissions flight to John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) flew 45 minutes with a pilot and four people on June 3, 2025.

Climate technology firm AIR COMPANY said it has secured backing from aviation fuel supplier Avfuel in its latest funding round as it looks to convert carbon dioxide into a range of more climate-friendly products.

The U.S. Energy Information Administration says the nation's sustainable aviation fuel production capacity could increase appreciably this year, if all announced capabilities come online.
