The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and the broader business aviation community write to Commissioner Tzitzikostas, Commissioner for Sustainable Transport and Tourism, to express deep concern regarding the implementation of the ReFuelEU Aviation Regulation, which entered into force on 1 January 2025.
