Bombardier has successfully completed its inaugural five-year environmental and corporate plan, meeting its three primary benchmarks for workplace safety, employee morale, and carbon reductions.

According to its newly released “2025 Sustainability Report,” the business jet manufacturer reduced its greenhouse gas emissions by 25 percent compared to a 2019 baseline. The company also registered an 81 percent employee engagement score and cut its lost-time incident rate by 33 percent over the five-year period, all while expanding its workforce to 18,900 individuals and generating over nine billion dollars in revenue.

The report highlighted several operational milestones that contributed to these achievements, such as acquiring millions of gallons of sustainable aviation fuel and securing LEED certification at its Singapore facility. Looking ahead, Bombardier has established a secondary five-year framework stretching to 2030 with five distinct conservation benchmarks. This next phase outlines plans to further decrease greenhouse gas emissions by 15 percent, curb waste production by 5 percent, maintain consistent levels of water utilization, and continue lowering workplace injuries across its global operations.
