EBACE 2025 – Geneva – As a member of the CLIMBING. FAST. advocacy campaign launched by a coalition of business and general aviation organizations at the National Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) in 2023, the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) is introducing the Climbing.Fast.international website this week at the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE).

IBAC Director General, Kurt Edwards, commented. “We are pleased to host this latest addition to the Climbing. Fast. campaign with a global view of the countless actions and initiatives undertaken by the business aviation community to strive for more sustainable operations and to further inform about the industry’s economic and societal benefits. There is much work happening around the world toward innovative solutions to meet our sustainability goals and Climbing. Fast. International is an excellent tool to share this information about business aviation’s efforts, all in one place. We look forward to working with our member associations and industry partners to amplify their stories and articles supporting our collective vision for a sustainable future.“

Claude Hurley, IBAC Director Environment and Flight Operations said, “This new CLIMBING. FAST. International site will be a useful resource for all stakeholders – whether in individual States or the broader Industry – for studies and stories relating to the innovation, environmental leadership, and resilience of the business aviation sector.”

IBAC also congratulates the British Business and General Aviation Association (BBGA) on joining the Climbing. Fast. initiative this week, and for introducing their United Kingdom-focused edition of the Climbing. Fast. website at EBACE.

In addition to BBGA, IBAC, the European Business Aviation Association, the Canadian Business Aviation Association and the National Business Aviation Association, supporters of the CLIMBING. FAST. initiative include the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Aircraft Electronics Association, Alpha Eta Rho Aviation Fraternity, Experimental Aircraft Association, General Aviation Manufacturers Association, International Aircraft Dealers Association, National Aircraft Finance Association, National Air Transportation Association, Vertical Aviation International and Women in Corporate Aviation.
