Pilatus Aircraft has begun construction on a multi-phase development at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, commencing with a $50 million sales and service center slated for completion in late 2027. This initial 70,000-square-foot facility represents the first chapter of a projected $200 million regional investment, which is set to include a substantial manufacturing plant by the decade’s end.
Occupying an 18-acre site, the complex will integrate technical workshops, administrative offices, and a customer delivery center, with long-term options to add specialized training and painting departments. This expansion marks a significant investment by the Swiss manufacturer in its American operation.
