NetJets, an on-demand provider of air transport services, is launching a multi-stage construction project to build a dedicated business aviation campus covering more than 100,000 square feet at Dallas Love Field Airport.
Scheduled to begin late this year, the multi-phase plan features a custom 14,000 square-foot passenger terminal, an 80,000 square-foot maintenance structure, and over 20,000 square feet designated for offices and auxiliary operations, with full completion targeted for mid-2028.
This infrastructure push reflects escalating investment in business aviation facilities around Dallas Love Field. As fixed-base operator spaces expand along the airport perimeter, business aviation companies are securing long-term real estate footprint additions to accommodate increasing flight demand. The expansive Texas buildout closely mirrors similar corporate footprint expansions executed by the company across other high-volume aviation hubs nationwide.
Business aviation infrastructure investment facilitates access for entrepreneurs and companies to countless communities across the U.S., many of which have little or no airline service.
