The UK Department for Transport has allocated £63 million (approximately $82.22 million) to 17 companies developing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) as part of its Advanced Fuels Fund initiative.

EBAA has launched an open letter campaign calling on the European Commission to suspend enforcement of Articles 5 and 8 of the ReFuelEU Aviation Regulation for small aircraft operations.

The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) joins the NBAA in strongly challenging the findings of a recent report on private jet emissions, stating the report relies on incomplete and unverified data, ignores the essential societal and economic role of business aviation, and promotes policy solutions that are both unrealistic and regressive.

The VX4 prototype from Vertical Aerospace flew 27km from Cotswold Airport to RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire, UK reaching speeds of 185km and an altitude of 549m.
